The CSU Retirees' Club was active from 1944 until 2001, when the bulk of this collection was donated to the archives by the last club president, Rex D. Rehnberg. The collection contains correspondence, financial material, constitution and bylaws, membership lists, minutes, president records, annual publications (Emeriti Messenger), organizational history, and a scrapbook with newspaper clippings. Abstract
The Colorado Emeriti Association was founded in 1957 and was open to any retired faculty from the state of Colorado. Many of their members came from Colorado State University, the University of Colorado, the University of Northern Colorado, the University of Denver, and the Colorado School of Mines. Materials include letters, membership lists, reports, and a copy of the group's constitution.
