Abstract

Paul Opler is a semi-retired professor of entomology in the Agricultural Biology department at Colorado State University (CSU). He is also the assistant director of the C.P. Gillette Museum of Arthropod Diversity on campus. Opler has authored over 200 books and papers on Lepidoptera. Materials include publications, drafts, galleys, logs, and audiovisual materials.

Abstract Ray E. (Ray Edmund) Stanford was the author of "Butterflies of the Rocky Mountain states," co-authored "The Atlas of Western USA Butterflies, Including Adjacent Portions of Canada and Mexico," and donated more than 100,000 insect specimens from his personal collection to the C. Abstract Richard W. Holland (1940-2013) was an electrical engineer and a noted lepidopterist. His focus was on butterfly and moth species in the American Southwest, northern Mexico, and Baja California, as well as several islands globally.
