Glen D. Schlueter is a retired stormwater engineer who worked for the City of Fort Collins (Colorado) Stormwater Utility for 28 years. He participated in the Stormwater Utility's response to the July 28, 1997, Spring Creek flood event and its aftermath. The collection contains materials collected by Schlueter related to the flood.
