This small subseries consists of two studies in which Nordin participated as a research hydrologist for the U.S. Geological Survey. The first study examined scour and fill of the bed of East Fork River, Sublette County, Wyoming, in 1979 and resulted in a paper for the 1981 International Association of Hydrological Sciences Symposium on Erosion and Sediment Transport.
