There is one folder of letters regarding acceptance or regrets to a Lawn Party invitation, mostly written to W. M. Wiley, general manager of the Great Plains Water Company, from businessmen around the country. There is also a letterpress book of the outgoing letters of Thomas Berry, chief engineer for the Arkansas Valley Sugar Beet and Irrigated Land Company, who was based in Lamar.
