Biography

Robert B. Broad was a herdsman specializing in the care and judging of swine. He held positions in Golden and Fort Morgan, Colorado, before joining the staff at the Colorado Agricultural College in approximately 1916 as a regular herdsman in the Department of Animal Husbandry. He was promoted to chief herdsman and was on staff through the 1939-1940 school year.
