The Records of the Administrative Professional Council consists of papers and photographs from 1987 to 2008. Meeting agendas and minutes are present as well as council election documents, constitutions and manuals of rules and procedures, award information, and miscellaneous operational materials.

Abstract
The Administrative Professional Council was formed in 1992 by approval of the State Board of Agriculture. The purpose of the Council is to represent and promote the interests of administrative professionals at Colorado State University and facilitate communication across faculty and staff organizations on campus. The Council works to advocate on behalf of its employees, engage and strengthen the role of administrative professionals on campus, and provide avenues of service for all employees.
Acquisition
The Records of the Administrative Professional Council was created when records collected by Linda Wardlow and donated in 2010 were separated from the Records of the Vice President for University Operations in November 2023.
