Abstract
In 1998, a Colorado State University Faculty Council task force on emeritus issues recommended forming the Society of Senior Scholars. Though the society was not immediately established, the idea of it remained. In 2005, a new request to the Faculty Council was initiated and the society was formally established. The society provides programs and resources to faculty and administrative professional retirees and has since been renamed the Society of CSU Faculty/AP Staff Retirees. This digital collection includes video interviews with retirees conducted from 2008 through 2016. Transcripts of most of the interviews and biographies are also available.
