Abstract

The Records of the Academic Computing and Networking Department (now in the Division of IT) consists of the 2004 Central Information and Instructional Services Survey Preliminary Evaluation Report. The purpose of the survey was to assess the future direction of the University’s central technology services. Question areas covered the ACNS (Academic Computing and Networking Services), OIS (Office of Instructional Services), and telecommunications departments, and provided opportunity for open-ended comments as well. Faculty, staff, graduate and undergraduate students were in the sample population. The report includes the highest and lowest ranked services for importance, satisfaction, and usage and provides detailed analysis of the reponses.
