Colorado's exhibits (state copy)

This subseries contains exhibits used during United States v. Colorado. These include copies of the United States' (applicant's) submitted exhibits (A), the State of Colorado's (opposer's) submitted and withdrawn exhibits (H), and some of the other opposers' exhibits. Select opposers include Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (V), Public Service Company of Colorado (EE), St. Vrain and Left Hand Water Conservancy District and Upper South Platte Water Conservancy District (X), Water Supply and Storage Company (B), and Red Feather Storage and Irrigation Company (U). Materials include photocopied reports and documents, data, photographs, maps, VHS tapes, and a white bag. According to the file "File organization" in Subseries 1.1, the Colorado Office of the Attorney General (CAG) created a notebook that identified those exhibits which were admitted into evidence, but CAG did not donate it. Instead, some folders in this subseries contain individual folder indexes. Exhibits are arranged in categories by party/organization; all files in each category are identified with a letter prefix. (See letters in parentheses following organization names above.) Files under each category are arranged numerically. Additional opposers are listed in the order in which the State of Colorado arranged and stored them, not in alphabetical order.
