This subseries consists of reports and studies conducted by Borland and related materials. Many of the reports involve legal cases or were conducted on a consulting basis. Reports frequently include photographs, data, charts, maps and correspondence. Major projects in the United States represented here include the Newgayo Dam, the James River and the Fort Mohave Indian Reservation. International projects found here occurred in such places as Algeria, Nicaragua, Guatemala and the Philippines, as well as the Pa Mong Project in Laos and Thailand. No rearrangement took place in this subseries though a few items were added to it.
