This series includes clippings from various newspapers/news sources pasted to cards, filed alphabetically by last name. Primarily obituaries but may also include anniversary, wedding, birthday, and family reunion announcements, birth records, names of parents and children, and location of birth, death, and/or burial. Clippings cover Nebraska, northeastern Colorado, and Portland, Oregon, areas. Some cards have gotten out of order and variant spellings of a name may be filed together. A few unfiled, more recent clippings are in the last folder.
