Records saved by ASCSU comprise the subseries. Documents include the Long Bill budget requests, Student Fee Review Board reports, Colorado Commission on Higher Education (CCHE) agendas, Diversity Task Force minutes and reports, various meeting agendas, and annual as well as end of the semester reports by vice presidents, presidents, and student services. Senate and finance commission minutes, commission and leadership reports, guides, and job descriptions are present as well. It also consists of a report of alcohol at Hughes Stadium, a report from the Transit Financial Wellness Program, presentations from the CSU Health Network, bills and list of bills, test files, and an analysis of the ASCSU president's roles. Course surveys, Rocky Mountain Collegian news clippings, and floppy disks of ASCSU materials are also present.
