 File — Box: 17, Folder: 1
Identifier: Series 8

Scope and Contents

From the Series:

The Larimer-Weld Regional Council of Governments was created in 1973 to assess regional problems and review federally funded projects in the region. In his capacity as the council's 208 Program Director, Eidsness focused on water quality planning. The reports in this subseries, all part of the council's Water Quality Management Plan series, were done under the provisions of Section 208 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972. The reports are by a variety of people or groups, including Colorado State University economists, Toups Corporation, and Briscoe, Maphis, Murray, and Lamont, Inc. Files are arranged by report number, with a few additional files at the end, including a hearing transcript concerning the draft 208 area-wide water quality management plan.
