This series consists of transcripts and written testimony given by EPA officials and expert witnesses, including Eric Eidsness. Testimony included in this series was presented to several U.S. House and Senate committees, including the House Committee on Public Works and Transportation Subcommittee on Water Resources, the House Merchant Marine and Fisheries Committee, the House Subcommittee on HUD-Independent Agencies, and the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. This series also includes testimony presented in front of other groups such as the National Water Resources Council and the Water Pollution Control Federation. Most of the testimony pertains either to presidential appointments or to water quality issues dealt with by the EPA. Also included are Congressional conference reports and hearing reports. This series is arranged alphabetically by speaker or report title.
