Scope and Contents
This series consists of administrative project materials created and collected by Dr. James Hansen and his assistants. Contents include templates for permissions and indices, cassette tape labels, lists of interviewees, instructions for computer programs, and other miscellaneous materials.

Restrictions on Access
Several interviewees have restricted access to their interviews and associated documents in Series 1. Further, due to the presence of student information, some files require review before research access is granted. All restrictions are noted in the inventory. Access to student information is open only to the student in question and to Colorado State University employees; however, access to others will be granted upon having written consent from the student or providing written proof that the student is deceased. Additionally, the collection is stored off-site, so advance notice is required.
