Oral histories, 1972-2005
Scope and Contents
This series consists of oral history interviews conducted by Dr. James Hansen and his assistants between 1972 and 2005 to gather information for four books and a paper related to the history of Colorado State University. Interviews are divided into five categories according to the projects for which they were captured. Materials for most interviews include audio recordings (cassette tapes or digital files), transcripts, indices, biographical data, and notes taken by interviewers. Democracy's University oral histories also include digital correspondence, biographical data, indices, and transcripts. Oral histories are listed chronologically by project and then alphabetically by interviewee last name. Due to restrictions imposed by interviewees and the presence of student information in this series, files require review before research access is granted.
