Annual Reports of the Committees of the Faculty Council, 1971-1972
Scope and Contents
This subseries contains reports of the Faculty Council. The majority of the records are minutes and memos related to the Faculty Council Committee on Committees but annual reports and general memos exist as well. A copy of a court document is present in the case of Elmer Moore vs. Colorado Agricultural College (CAC) president Charles Lory, the administrative faculty, and the faculty in which a Writ of Mandamus is issued commanding CAC to confer a Masters degree on Elmer Moore. An investigation of the School of Agriculture and favoritism is also included. The files are arranged alphabetically.
