This subseries is closed to public access; it is open only to board members of and attorneys for the Consolidated Home Supply Ditch and Reservoir Company. Delbert Helzer has been secretary-manager since 1985. This subseries contains his files, which are divided into three categories, General, Facilities, and Development, and arranged alphabetically by title therein. The General category contains files having to do with court cases, legal issues, other organizations, and general operations. The Facilities category documents the ditches, dams, and reservoirs that comprise the company's system and includes a number of dam safety inspection reports. There is also a large amount of material on the Mariano Reservoir Dam rehabilitation of the early 2000s. Finally, the Development category has voluminous files related to new construction and subdivisions and their effects on the CHS system. Many of these files contain oversize maps, drawings, or blueprints, which are folded inside the folders. Other document types include correspondence, reports, agreements, and court documents.
