Abstract
Everett Richardson (1924-2013), a graduate of Colorado State University, was an emeritus professor of civil engineering at CSU. He worked for the U.S. Geological Survey as a hydraulic engineer and associate director of research for nineteen years. He joined the CSU engineering faculty in 1968. His research interests include river mechanics, hydraulic modeling, alluvial channel flow, sedimentation, and bridge safety.
