E. Bruce Jones (1933-2013) spent most of his life working as a consulting engineer in Wyoming and Colorado. He spent many years as president of Resource Consultants in Fort Collins and then as senior engineer with Jacobs Engineering Group in Denver. Morris M. Skinner worked as a professor of civil engineering at Colorado State University (CSU) for more than four decades. He focused both his teaching and research on hydraulics.
