Abstract
James R. Meiman (b. 1933) is Professor Emeritus of Earth Resources (Watershed Science) at Colorado State University. After earning his Ph.D. in Watershed Science from CSU in 1962, Dr. Meiman led CSU's snow hydrology program and later became the Dean of the Graduate School (1975-1981) and Director of the Office of International Programs (1975-1991). Abstract
The Records of the Office of International Programs was established to administer and oversee projects of an international nature. The collection consists of correspondence, memoranda, reports, proposals, conference proceedings, and office records related to meetings, finance, individual profiles, international travel, foreign countries and projects. Material types include manuscripts, articles, reports, brochures, journals, maps, newspaper clippings, a scrapbook, and photographs.
