E. Bruce Jones (1933-2013) spent most of his career working as a consulting engineer in Wyoming and Colorado. His areas of focus included surface and groundwater hydrology, remote sensing, water rights, snow hydrology, and weather modification. Morris M. Skinner worked as a professor of civil engineering at Colorado State University (CSU) for more than four decades. He focused both his teaching and research on hydraulics.
