William Daven "W.D." Farr (1910-2007) was a water leader, cattleman, and businessman in northern Colorado. He was extensively involved in many local and national water and agricultural organizations, including the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, the Greeley Water and Sewer Board, and the American National Cattlemen's Association.
