The Ditch and Reservoir Company Alliance (DARCA) was created in November 2001 in Silverthorne, Colorado. DARCA is a non-profit trade organization dedicated to assisting Colorado's ditch and reservoir companies, lateral ditch companies, irrigation districts, and all other types of private ditch associations.
