This series consists of the minutes documenting North Poudre Irrigation Company's board of directors meetings along with other board records. Files are chronological and include a folder of trustee minutes, some correspondence, and some president's reports, along with files of documents likely compiled by manager Stephen Smith for monthly meetings from late 2000 to 2003. Some files are restricted because of payroll records or attorney-client materials.

This subseries contains a small number of reports, most of which relate to regional water rights, projects, groundwater, or water quality issues rather than to NPIC directly. However, the history "Origins of the North Poudre Irrigation Company" by Ann Hilfinger can be found here as well. Files are in alphabetical order by title.
