Scope and Contents From the Series: This series is closed to public access; it is open only to shareholders of and attorneys for the Reorganized Farmers Ditch Company. This is the largest series in the collection, in part because F. Ray DeGood was both the Farmers Irrigating Ditch and Reservoir Company's secretary/treasurer and its attorney for most of the 1960s through 1980s, and also because of the amount of litigation the company was involved in during later years.
