Scope and Contents From the Series: This series is closed to public access; it is open only to shareholders of and attorneys for the Reorganized Farmers Ditch Company. This is the largest series in the collection, in part because F. Ray DeGood was both the Farmers Irrigating Ditch and Reservoir Company's secretary/treasurer and its attorney for most of the 1960s through 1980s, and also because of the amount of litigation the company was involved in during later years. Scope and Contents From the Series:

The majority of photographs in this series document either the 1980 Big Thompson flood or the 1982 Lawn Lake flood, and a few show earlier days of the ditch. Though people appear in some of the images, none are identified. Photographs are arranged in chronological order. Corresponding negatives are noted below but housed separately. Listed at the end are computer media, including DVDs of pipe inspections that contain videos, photographs, and reports, and a similar thumb drive.

Scope and Contents From the Series: This series contains information about the water allocated and delivered annually to ditch company stockholders. No information exists before 1940 and information is incomplete through the 1940s and early 1950s. Files then become more consistent and complete through 1982 and resume substantially from 2000 to the end of the decade.
