In 1974 ERC/CWRRI was officially affiliated with the Colorado Agricultural Experiment Station. Several projects came out of this collaboration including work on salinity, evaporation, and groundwater. Nearly half of the files in this subseries deal with a joint project between the Experiment Station, several western states and the USDA regarding water conservation in the West.
