Greg Hobbs, Robert V. Trout, and Bennett W. Raley, all formerly of Davis, Graham and Stubbs, formed their own law firm in 1992, primarily to focus their efforts on the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District and Municipal Subdistrict as clients.
