Materials include newspapers, magazines, clippings, and news releases regarding DIA. Weekly picture summaries for almost an entire year document the progression of DIA both inside and out. Also included are builder photographs and VHS tapes of local programs covering the construction and opening of DIA. Photographs that were filed with related papers were sleeved and left in their original location.

The series includes maps, plans, and schematics of DIA cargo areas, roadways, parking, terminal, lounges, office buildings, land, and basic infrastructure of the airport and it's surroundings. Most items are oversized and rolled. Items listed last are in electronic format only due to mold.
