This subseries contains three sets of materials. The first, labelled with EWN (Energy-Water Nexus), is a small set of state laws and Supreme Court cases related to water rights conflicts. The second is a set of Special Masters reports in original actions in the U.S. Supreme Court and related materials. Sherk began the compilation for a project at the University of Dundee, Scotland.
