This extensive subseries documents Sherk's work related to the tristate water-use conflict between Georgia, Alabama, and Florida concerning interstate river basins. Much of Sherk's work took place while he was a visiting professor at Georgia State University (1994-1996) and while he was a consultant for the City of LaGrange and Troup County, Georgia (1999-2003).
