The second report evaluating the IID's use of Colorado River water for the USBR was written in collaboration with Ivan A. Walter, a water resources engineer. This subseries consists of materials created and used by Jensen and Walter in evaluating the IID. It includes information from meetings held between the IID and the USBR, and the Coachella Valley Water District and the USBR.
