Wright Water Engineers (WWE) completed a series of projects for the Water Supply and Storage Company between the 1960s and 1990s. Most of the projects focused on securing increased water storage in the Cache la Poudre River Basin for the irrigation company, primarily by expanding Long Draw Reservoir and attempting to expand Trap Lake.
