This series consists of materials created and gathered by Wright Water Engineers and Wright-McLaughlin Engineers while consulting for the City of Northglenn, Colorado, from the 1970s through the mid-1980s. Northglenn expanded rapidly in the mid-twentieth century, necessitating a significant investment in water infrastructure. The city also had to compete with other growing Denver suburbs, such as Thornton, for water rights. The suburbs purchased stock in irrigation companies north of Denver...
