Abstract
The Rocky Mountain Quarter Horse Fair Association, formed in 1942, changed its name to the Rocky Mountain Quarter Horse Association, though its purpose of promoting the raising of quarter horses remained the same. The organization regulates shows, races, and auctions in cooperation with the National Quarter Horse Association. This collection includes meeting minutes, copies of the Quarter Running Horse Chartbook (1952-75), and issues of the official journal of the organization, The Rocky Mountain Quarter Horse (1963-2009).
