Abstract

Environmentalist B. Riley McClelland has dedicated his life to the study and advocacy of environmental issues as they relate to forestry and the National Park Service. He engaged in undergraduate and graduate studies at Colorado State University and worked as a naturalist at a number of national parks before earning a doctorate and joining the faculty at the University of Montana. Collection materials include his own publications and essays, correspondence with politicians and officials, lecture notes, photographs, and reports.
