American Carnation Society Collection
Established in 1891, the American Carnation Society has actively promoted the carnation industry in the United States. Technical methods pioneered by this organization became standard practice for all greenhouse flower growers. This collection consists primarily of bound copies of minutes and procedures for the years 1891-1953. Also included are printed programs and schedules for American Carnation Society conferences and conventions from 1938-1975.
