The Records of the Office of Academic Advising consists of documents dated 1944 and 1970 to 1973, and includes memos, handbooks, and other publications relating to student advising. Of note are plans for how to assist students who served during World War II.

History

The Office of Academic Advising at Colorado State University supplied guidelines and assistance to faculty who were responsible for advising undergraduate students. In addition, the office was also responsible for advising students who were enrolled without a declared major, and helping students with the change of major procedure. The office reported to the Associate Vice President for Student and University Relations. In 1987, the Office of Academic Advising became part of the Help/Success Center.
