Scope and Contents

The Photographs of Antoine Jacob consists of photographs dated 1897 to 1900. The collection includes cyanotype and black and white photographs of various groups on the C.A.C. campus, including the classes of 1899, 1901 and 1902, the preparatory class, the San Juan Club, as well as Cindy the campus mail horse and college representatives to the State Field Day. Many of the photographs were taken by W.F. Tucker, a classmate of Jacob's.

Biography

Antoine Jacob was an alumnus of the Colorado Agricultural College (now Colorado State University), graduating in 1901. His family had a chicken farm in Arvada, Colorado.
