Scope and Contents
This series consists of materials relating to the Division of Water Resources and is divided into four subseries arranged by degree of relation to the DWR. The first two subseries consist of materials produced by the DWR, while the third and fourth consist of materials collected by Simpson largely during his time as State Engineer and largely within his capacity as State Engineer. The DWR meetings and Conferences subseries form the bulk of this series.
