Scope and Contents
This series consists of papers, presentations, and one newsletter article authored by Simpson. The majority of the series consists of presentations, most of which are associated with the Division of Water Resources and were given by Simpson in his capacity as State Engineer. Subjects covered include water supply, water management, water rights administration, groundwater, drought, well pumping, and interstate compacts. Many folders in this series contain annotated items and pages of notes. This series is arranged alphabetically.
