Blueprint Negatives of University Buildings consists of eight-by-ten inch transparency copies of original Colorado State University building blueprints. The Facilities Management Department created these copies in the 1990s, and original blueprint dates range from 1881 to 1985. The collection is incomplete in that it does not contain blueprint images for all CSU buildings, Facilities Management may still hold additional blueprints that were not made into transparencies, and no changes after the 1980s are documented in any of the present materials. Most blueprints are for buildings on CSU's main campus, but some satellite facilities are also represented. Also present are blueprints for buildings that have been demolished or sites that CSU no longer owns.

Restrictions on Access

Patron use for any mechanical, structural, or electrical plans require approval from Facilities Management. Student use may be granted when accompanied by a letter of support from their professor, which must include information about the class and nature of this assignment.
