Alphabetical files 1, 1891-1992 and undated

This series consists of materials arranged in 1990 and then again in 1996, which made up the bulk of the original records. A third alphabetical series was added at a later, unknown date. In Materials include correspondence, minutes, reports, ledgers, and publications. The original order for the three subseries has been maintained. In 2021, a fourth alphabetical subseries was created for more recent accruals and materials continue to be added. Many of the files will overlap with other series in the collection. Materials relating to administrators and librarians and construction originally found in the alphabetical files have been listed in the finding aid in those specific series.
