Professional papers, 1940-1990 and undated

This series contains Ival Goslin's professional papers from his time at the Upper Colorado River Commission through his retirement and consulting. The bulk of the series is from his work at the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority (CWRPDA). The professional papers are divided into four subseries by employer and are arranged chronologically. Following his retirement from the CWRPDA, Goslin continued to do consulting work for the Authority. For simplicity of arrangement, those papers are included in the Authority subseries. Some subseries include categories. These categories maintain the original arrangement of some folders by Goslin. Materials include correspondence, reports, personal notes, legislation, financial records, meeting minutes, and organizational newsletters. Loose photographs were relocated to Series 6, Subseries 2 and are cross-referenced in the files. Photographs included in published reports were not removed.
