Rohwer/Blaney evapo-transpiration correspondence, 1953
Scope and Contents
This series consists of materials by and about Ralph Parshall, including the patent on his Venturi flume water stage recording instruments, information and correspondence on awards he received, and copies of talks he presented on KOA radio in Denver. Also here are several drafts along with associated data and charts related to his study of seepage in the South Platte Basin. Additionally, there are materials related to Parshall's son, Maxwell Parshall, as well as to Carl Rohwer, a colleague in the USDA Division of Irrigation. The latter set of files largely relates to research in the San Luis Valley and includes letters from Parshall. Files are arranged alphabetically by title, except for the Rohwer files which are roughly chronological.
