Station data, 1978-2019

This subseries consists mainly of Mountain States Weather Services Records of Daily Weather Observations. Materials also include weather reports from the Colorado Amateur Radio Weather Net, National Weather Service, Colorado Cooperative Network, Monthly Precipitation Reports, and Precipitation Network totals. Other materials include maps marked with monthly precipitation, miscellaneous weather forms, correspondence, observer contact information, photographs, and Ham radio operator lists. The MSWS records are arranged chronologically in time spans, then by state, and finally, alphabetically by station. Some of the original alphabetization was inconsistent and remains so. Precipitation Network folders are placed after the MSWS folders in the time span in which they fall. Monthly Precipitation Reports and miscellaneous files are placed at the end of each time span in which they fall. All other above mentioned reports are in dated folders with month and year, which are arranged chronologically within their time span. The 2005-2019 set is foldered by year and month, so files must be examined to find particular stations.
