This series consists of files pertaining to presentations Pitts gave, along with files relating to conferences he attended. Topics include water and environmental law and regulation, water quality, endangered species, and case studies relating to Pitts' work within the Colorado River watershed. Files relating to Colorado Water Congress summer and winter conventions, Colorado Water Congress Environmental Law Workshops, and Colorado Water Law Seminars dominate the series. The files are grouped by event or subject and are arranged chronologically therein. Materials include correspondence, flyers, speech outlines, notes, overhead slides, speaker biographies, agendas, reports, and photographs.
