The series contains historical materials regarding CSU collected by Chamberlain, including information on the University's organization, lists of publications, and memos to the faculty. Newspaper clippings cover two general topics: student unrest and academic budgets. The clippings on student unrest are national in coverage, while those on budgets are focused on Colorado and CSU. Subject files include invitations to events, miscellaneous letters and reports, a copy of Chamberlain's resignation letter and associated newspaper stories, writing, and other materials on subjects of interest to Chamberlain, including water, engineering, and land grant universities.
